All the information we store is kept on our secure systems and in most parts fully encrypted. We only store the payment method used such as Paid via PayPal or Paid via Card. We do not sore, see or even have access to any card details used only how you paid. This allows us to track your order and process any refunds such the need arise.
Information we store is kept indefinitely unless you request otherwise in which case information is only kept as long as lawfully required. Provided your account has no active services and no aoutstanding invoices you can request your account to be closed and all data we hold erased.

If we no longer need these details for reason such as proof of services then we can remove the information we hold. We will reply with our decision or if any further information is required to process your request within 21 days.
